Owned and operated by Linda and Scotty Klepac, The Wishing Star, Inc. was established in May 2005 to bring audition-based theatre productions and performing arts education to Libertyville and surrounding communities.

Stage 48 is a semi-professional,non-equity production company. Our goal is to bring our theatre patrons entertaining, high quality theatre pieces comprised of classic, obscure, and original plays and musicals at our very own Wishing Star Theatre.
